Bolton Morris

Bolton Morris was a versatile, multi-media liturgical artist who lived and worked most of his life in the Philadelphia area. His tapestries, altar pieces, icons, woodcarvings, pen and ink drawings, paintings and designs for stained glass windows and mosaics can be found in chapels, hospitals, churches, parochial schools, convents, universities and cemeteries throughout the region. Highly regarded as an artist and teacher, Morris had his first one person exhibition at the Villanova University Art Gallery at age 80.
