Free outreach lessons are available for grades K-12 in your classroom. A museum educator will visit your classroom to present a Gallery Lesson accompanied by a visual presentation and writing activities. The in-class presentation can be scheduled to prepare for an upcoming museum visit, expand upon a previous museum visit or, in special circumstances, take place in lieu of a museum visit. Many of our current gallery lessons can be adapted for in-class presentations. You may view the complete list of available gallery lessons online.
Free presentations are available for meetings of school faculty, staff, Parent Teacher Organizations and Parent Teacher Associations in the Philadelphia area. A museum educator will visit your meeting to present the La Salle Art Museum’s educational opportunities for students in grades K-12. We will discuss the unique opportunities a visit to the museum offers students and provide full descriptions of our gallery lessons.
Free educational presentations at your location may be available for your community group. Please contact the Museum’s staff for more information.
